Private Lessons $12 per 30 min $18 per 45 min.. 10% discount on 4 or more lessons. Private lessons are offered May 31- July 29 Voice, Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Piano, & Guitar. Students may choose 30 min or 45 min lessons. You can choose to share the lesson with a friend & share the tuition. We will schedule lessons by phone (like a hair salon appointment book) College- we will focus on music theory, music history, technique, competition & jury solos. High School Voice- we will focus on All State Auditions & choose a Contest Solo. High School Band- we will focus on Contest Solo and All State auditions if you so choose. Elem/Middle School Voice- we will focus on vocal technique using Broadway/Disney music. Elem/Middle School Band- we will focus on technique, choose Contest Solo, work on MS All State(6th-8th). Elem-HS Piano- we will focus on technique using fun songs & duets, theory games, and composing. 2. Musical Theater- The Three Bears written & directed by Deb Rausch Tuition $39 10% discount on second child. July 11,12,13,14,15 from 1 pm to 3 pm at the Emanuel-Patterson Funeral Home on HWY 12 and 4th St. This camp will cover theater singing, acting, choreography, costume and set design and is open to 1st graders who can read through college. This classic fairy tale is fast paced, filled with humor, and has some storyline twists and turns. Barnibus B. Barrington III and his wife and son are getting ready for the North Cornwall Bear Reunion Picnic. The Greene sisters, Goldy, Violet, and Ruby decide to explore the forest and find an interesting cottage. There are many forest "trees" and "bears" that get to sing and dance as well as 9 main character parts. Performance time is 45 minutes. All who sign up are “in” and will be sent scripts and CD’s to practice. Auditions for parts will be June 20 & 21 at Rausch Music Studio. There will be a sign up for audition times. Final Performance will be Friday July 15 at 6:30 pm at the Visitor's Center on HWY 12 across from Unity Square. 3. "Summer Splash" Group Camps Tuition $69 (includes materials & tax) 10% discount on second child or second class. This is an introduction to Piano, Guitar & Voice to see if this is something you wish to pursue on a private regular basis. Young beginner students do much better in a group format due to the game interaction. There are 4 keyboards and 3 guitars available to rent $5 for the week. 55 min classes daily for 1 week Classes: *Piano, *Guitar, *Voice Dates to choose from: *June 6-10 *June 13-17 *June 20-24 *June 27- 1 Times to choose from: *3:00-3:55 *4:00-4:55 *5:00-5:55 Classes will be formed by age, dates and times. “Summer Splash” is a curriculum written and designed by D. Rausch for beginning Piano, Guitar, and Voice.
Students may bring either acoustic or electric guitar. Students may use the studio guitars if they do not have one. Most elementary age students need a 1/2 or 3/4 size guitar. There are 3 guitars for rent $5. This camp is for students who are brand new to learning guitar. Students are introduced to how the guitar works, basic theory, staff and tablature reading, 3 string chords, 1st position notes of strings 1-3. They also get a chance to play songs and games together as a group. If guitar is a hit with your child, they may choose to take private or group during the school year or in the summers. Summer Splash Voice This camp is for students who want to learn how to sing correctly. Students are introduced to rhythm & beat, their vocal range, do-re-mi, ear training, basic theory & notation, and beginning treble staff reading. They will get a chance to sing songs and play games together as a group. If voice is a hit with your child, they may choose to take private or group voice during the school year or in the summers. |
