drill note names. If you have ipod touch, iphone or ipad
you can get
NoteSquish which is what I am
using.
Many of the
area churches wish students to play religious music during lent.
Please let
me know if you plan on doing this so we can find music.
Piano Festival
Fee: $4
Each Milbank
Area Piano Teacher may have 20% of studio perform.
The guest artist
is usually a former student of a MAMT.
Sat. Feb 25 is the rehearsal at 1:30 for everyone. Can wear jeans. You
find out how you’ll
be lined up, where you will sit, how to go across the
stage, will get
to play on the grand piano so you know how it feels.
Sun. Feb 26 You may choose between two recitals 1:30 or 3:15. Very dress
up! We ask that
you come to the reception at 2:30 in the school cafeteria.
You will be
presented with a certificate of participation at the recital.
Pictures are welcome after recital. No flash during performance please.
Camcorders are fine.
Please take
time to review attendance, equipment practicing, tuition and events
sections.
These together make up the studio policy.
